Trinity Star has been in the stress management field and Life Coaching since l994 in Ottawa, Ontario and Vancouver, BC. I believe that alternative treatments, life coaching, stress management and courses are effective tools which can be used by individuals and corporations to achieve and maintain personal power, tools for stress management to maintain good health, and wellbeing in the 21st century.

I am dedicated to bringing this awareness to individuals and organizations through Spiritual Life Coaching. My practical and integrated holistic approaches promote personal power, health and wellness. I encourage the belief that humans are not only physical but also beings of conscious energy which affects one’s overall sense of self, personal power and wellbeing. Let’s face facts an organization’s greatest assets are its employees. 

A healthy and self-empowered employee is more productive and more conscientious and is more likely to reflect that in their attitude in their relations to co-workers, suppliers and your clients. Stress in the workplace causes lots of lost profitability due to frequent employee illness and absenteeism. Stress is also a major contributing factor to an organization’s instability and subsequent breakdown.
